Who doesn’t love a Big Mac? What if you could have a healthier version? Would you try it? I came across the recipe for this salad a few months ago and couldn’t wait to give it a try.
It’s very simple as it only has four ingredients; chopped pickles, shredded cheese, cooked hamburger meat, and thousand island dressing. Just mix and eat!
The question that is on everyone’s mind at this point is, “Does this really taste like a Big Mac?” My answer? Yes and no.
Yes, it reminds me of the taste but for obvious reasons it does not taste exactly like a McDonald’s Big Mac because Thousand Island dressing and McDonald’s Big Mac sauce are not the exact same flavor. But, I think it’s a great alternative and is Keto-friendly and you don’t feel like you are missing out on a Big Mac!
